Our factory specializes in the production of progressive dies for motor stator and rotor. The main parts of the die have manufacturing accuracy of 2um and step accuracy of 5um. The total life of the die is more than 150 million strokes. It has the functions of automatic stamping，riveting，punching step holes，twisting grooves and turning. It can be laid out in single or multiple rows according to customer' s requirements. The opening cycle is fast，and the product quality and service life are almost the same，which greatly shortens the cycle of the same type of mould imported from abroad，and speeds up the speed and time of new product listing of the mould manufacturers.
